Irish soda bread

Been meaning to post this for some time so here goes! Its a traditional irish bread and is delicious and soooo sooo (you get the point ;)) easy
Ingredients-
500g plain flour
approx 400ml buttermilk or yogurt(the mixture should be very wet)
2 tsp bicarb soda
1tsp sugar

1.Preheat oven to 200C.Sieve all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
2.Make a well in the center and pour in half of the buttermilk, cut it in with a knife then add the remaining buttermilk and cut in with the knife tilll all combined.
3.Transfer the mix into a small bread tin and cook.It is ready when you can insert a skewer into the center and it comes out clean.Leave to cool and enjoy :)
Note-you can put seed n the top.A fruit soda loaf is great with sultanas and many other dried fruit. You can also add cheese :)
